His mission: help the next generation level up.

The Bet

“I was living the dream. Then everything paused, and I had to find myself again. So I bet on Vietnam and built a movement that matters.”

In 2014 I moved to Vietnam on a one-way ticket. No Plan B.

A year later we opened Skylight, Vietnam's first rooftop beach club. It proved the bet: Vietnam can deliver world-class.

Then the pandemic paused everything. The business survived. My sense of who I was didn't.

Esports was the answer. In 2021 we acquired GAM, Vietnam's most decorated esports club. No guarantees. Just belief that Vietnamese talent deserved a bigger stage.

Vietnam has never lacked talent. It lacked a standard high enough to match it.

The ambition was always here. What was missing was the how, and the belief that world class was ours to build.

That is where we come in. We raise the standard, and we help our people level up to it.

Everything GAM is today, this generation built. I just refused to wait for permission to start.
