The whole GAM team at GAM HQ, kickoff day.

Not the season we wanted

Our League of Legends season ended earlier than we wanted. We hold ourselves to a higher standard, and we're already rebuilding for 2027.

But when we stepped back from the scoreboard, Q3 looked very different.

What Q3 gave our fans

• Bronze for Vietnam at the Asian Games. GAM's Kiaya, Taki and Head Coach Naul helped Team Vietnam win League of Legends bronze in Aichi-Nagoya.
• 30 Super Fans flown to Paris. We took 30 of the #GAMFAM to the Esports World Cup, where GAM was Vietnam's only Club Partner.
• 50.6M views of our EWC campaign. Our first Esports World Cup campaign, told in 692 pieces of content.
• 26.3M views of GAM Changers. Our podcast kept growing. Episode 20 with Levi alone reached 1.99M.
• 7 cities in 6 countries. Paris, Taipei, Busan, Shanghai, Tokyo, Aichi-Nagoya, and home in Ho Chi Minh City.
• A home team for Vietnam in VCT. A partner seat in VCT Pacific from 2027: VALORANT becomes our third game.

Earned in Q3. Built in Q4. Played in 2027.

Q4 is not a victory lap. It is the quarter we get ready: a VALORANT team to build, a League of Legends team to rebuild, an AOV final to win, and a home for all of it. Five company goals, done by 31 December:

• VCT Pacific: signed, launched and ready for our first match.
• GAM Hub: Phase 1 committed and built, a home for our teams, creators and fans.
• Active Media: our own media agency, built in-house.
• One way of working: every team's work running on Lark.
• GAM in China: live in China.

The full recap has every team's Q3, our award winners and promotions, the road to VCT Pacific, and photos from the day.
